About Meenakshi

A researcher who learned markets by doing, now teaching what she wished she'd known

Turning insights into impact and strategy into sustainable value.Analyzing today for a sustainable tomorrow

My finance career began with an MBA in Finance from Bharati Vidyapeeth, Navi Mumbai, with a super-specialisation in capital markets, and two NSE NCFM certifications earned while I was still a student.

As a Research Analyst in ESG & Sustainability at Global Proserv Ltd in Mumbai, I analysed the environmental, social and governance performance of Fortune 500 companies against GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) guidelines. That work taught me to read past the headline numbers and ask how a business treats people, the planet and its shareholders.

I have also traded independently in the cash and derivatives segments, which gave me a first-hand respect for risk management, position sizing and the emotional side of money decisions.

Khojo Dimaag, Hindi for "a seeking mind", is where I bring these threads together: clear, honest money education that helps you think, not just follow.

Questions

Frequently asked

What is Khojo Dimaag?

Khojo Dimaag (Hindi for "a seeking mind") is an education channel by Meenakshi S. that explains money in plain language: financial literacy, how capital markets work, behavioural finance, ESG and sustainability, and money lessons for children.

Does Khojo Dimaag give stock tips or investment advice?

No. Khojo Dimaag is purely educational. It does not recommend securities, predict prices or claim returns. Any market example uses price data at least three months old, in line with SEBI guidance for investor education.

Who is the content for?

Students, young earners, parents who want to teach children about money, and anyone curious about how markets, behaviour and sustainability shape financial decisions.

Can Meenakshi run a financial literacy session for my school, college or company?

Yes. Use the contact form below to describe your audience, group size and preferred topic, and she will reply by email.

What is ESG and why does it matter to everyday investors?

ESG stands for Environmental, Social and Governance. It is a way of looking at how a company treats the planet, people and its own shareholders, which helps investors judge long-term risks that financial statements alone may not show.
